SXSW has announced This Will Destroy You's upcoming show on March, 14 «
Indie-rock mainstay label Suicide Squeeze has teamed up with the Wedding Present’s label/management Scopitones for their SXSW 2012 showcase at Swan Dive on Wednesday, March 14th.
This year’s artists include the post-punk meets krautrock leanings of Bloomington’s Tammar, the all-girl garage punk of Atlanta’s The Coathangers, Michael Nau and Whitney McGraw’s (both formerly of Page France) latest indie-folk project Cotton Jones, and the Explosions In The Sky-esque instrumental dynamics of Austin’s own This Will Destroy You, all representing the Suicide Squeeze side. Scopitones offers up a special set from UK legends The Wedding Present as well as Japan’s Pinky Piglets (Toquiwa).
